Late Arrival Policy

At Nuskin Medical Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients while respecting everyone's time. To ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions to scheduled appointments, we have implemented the following Late Arrival Policy:

Arrival Time: We kindly request that clients arrive at their designated time of appointment. This allows for appointments to begin promptly.

Late Arrival: If a client arrives late for their appointment (more than 15 minutes late), we will make an effort to accommodate them within the remaining time of their scheduled slot. However, please note that the full appointment duration may not be possible due to subsequent appointments scheduled.

Reduced Appointment Time: In the event of late arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: If a client arrives significantly late (more than 15 minutes late) and cannot be accommodated within the remaining time of their appointment slot, we reserve the right to consider the appointment as a late cancellation. Our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a cancellation fee may be charged. We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notification and your deposit will be returned. Any cancellations within the 48 hours prior treatment we hold the right to not refund your deposit.

Rescheduling: If a client anticipates being late or unable to make their appointment, we appreciate advance notice. Clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Courtesy Reminder: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be understanding and flexible. However, repeated late arrivals may impact future appointment scheduling and availability.

Communication: We encourage open communication between clients and our clinic staff. If there are any concerns or questions regarding the Late Arrival Policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
